APOCALYPTIC SEASON CONTEST RULES 

1. DEFINITIONS 

Affiliates means any entity related to the Organizer in a personal, capital or organizational capacity, and in particular means all entities in which the Organizer holds, directly or indirectly, at least 50% of the voting rights at the shareholders' meeting, general meeting, management board (or other equivalent bodies) of another third party, also as a pledgee or user or on the basis of agreements with other persons.  

Facebook means the website in the facebook.com domain where information about the Contest is available at the following address: https://www.facebook.com/G2Acom/  

Twitter means the website in the twitter.com domain where information about the Contest is available at the following address: https://twitter.com/G2A_com  

Instagram means the website in the instagram.com domain where information about the Contest is available at the following address: https://www.instagram.com/g2a_com/  

Contest means this contest organized by the Organizer in which a Participant may win one of the Prizes. 

The Contest Committee takes the meaning given to it in point 6.3. 

Organizer means a company under the business name G2A.COM Limited with its seat in Hong Kong, 31/F, Tower Two, Times Square, 1 Matheson Street, Causeway Bay, Hong Kong, business registration number 63264201.  

GDPR means the regulation indicated in point 7.2 of these Terms and Conditions. 

Terms and Conditions means these Contest Terms and Conditions, including any amendments thereto. 

Prizes are a total of 10 (ten) gift cards worth $100 each, which can be used to purchase services and digital content on the G2A Marketplace on the g2a.com domain. 

Participant means the legal entity described in the entire section 3. 

2. GENERAL PROVISIONS 

1. These Terms and Conditions define the rules of operation and the conditions for Participants' participation in the Contest. 

2. The organizer of the Contest is the Organizer. 

3. PARTICIPATION IN THE CONTEST BY A PARTICIPANT MEANS THAT THE PARTICIPANT HAS READ THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, AGREES TO THEIR PROVISIONS AND UNDERSTANDS TO COMPLY WITH THEM FULLY. 

4. The Contest aims to reward Participants who perform certain activities in accordance with the terms and conditions described in these Terms and Conditions. 

5. By taking part in the Contest, the Participant undertakes to take actions in accordance with applicable law, principles of social coexistence and decency, as well as undertakes do not to provide unlawful content. 

6. The Contest is not organized or co-organized, nor is it sponsored or endorsed by any social network/social media platform, in particular: Facebook, Instagram, Twitch, Twitter, Reddit, TikTok, Snapchat, Discord, YouTube or by their operators and the Contest is not affiliated in any way with any social network/social media platform or its operator. The Organizer hereby releases the following social platforms: Facebook, Instagram, Twitch, Twitter, Reddit, TikTok, Snapchat, Discord, YouTube or their operators from any and all liability for any claims related to the Contest, in particular claims by Participants related to the Contest. All questions, comments, complaints and claims related to the Contest should be addressed by the Participant directly to the Organizer, and in no case to the aforementioned social media platforms or their operators.  

7. The Organizer informs that the Contest does not depend on a chance, nor is it subject to any guesswork, and is not a cash lottery, a sweepstakes, a promotional lottery, or any other game of chance or betting.  

3. PARTICIPATION IN THE CONTEST 

1. Only a natural person who meets all the following conditions may participate in the Contest: 

1. is an adult or a minor, provided that, in the case of a minor, he/she provides the Organizer with the consent of his/her legal representative to participate in the said Contest before participating in the Contest; 

2. has the full legal capacity or limited legal capacity, provided that in the case of a person with limited legal capacity, he/she provides the Organizer with the consent of his/her legal representative to participate in the said Contest before participating in the Contest; 

3. is a registered user on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram; 

4. during the duration of a given Contest, met the conditions and rules described in point 6 below. 

2. The Contest Committee at its sole discretion may reject a particular Participant in the event she/he violates provisions of these Terms and Conditions. 

4. PRIZES 

1. In the event of winning, the Participant may receive only 1 (one) Prize. 

2. By participation in the Contest, the Participant (winner) acknowledges and agrees that she/he may be obligated to independently account for, pay and and/or report all taxes and other potential tax and similar charges imposed under relevant laws applicable to her/him in connection with participation in the Contest and receipt of the Prize. 

5. TIME OF THE CONTEST 

1. The Contest covered by these Terms and Conditions runs from March 10, 2023 (00:00 AM UCT) to April 2, 2023 (12:59 PM UCT). In order to participate in the Contest, the tasks referred to in point 6.2 below should be completed by the Participants within the time limit referred to in the previous sentence. The winners of the Prize will be selected by the Contest Committee at various times of the time referred to in this point. 

6. PRIZE GRANTING RULES  

1. Each Participant is entitled to receive only one (1) Prize, regardless of the number of entries to the Contest. 

2. The Contest aims to select the 10 (ten) best graphics created by Participants using any application, tool or program using artificial intelligence that presents a vision of the apocalypse, provided that such graphics are posted by the Participant on her/his social media profile with a unique hashtag added: #G2Apocalypse, or provide the Organizer with a post on Facebook that include aforesaid graphic and hashtag #G2Apocalypse.  

3. The above-mentioned graphics will be evaluated by the Contest Committee, which will include representatives of the Organizer and well-known influencers. The squad of the Contest Commission may change without the need to notify the Participants in this respect. 

4. When assessing the awarded Participants, the Contest Commission will be guided by its discretion, taking into account the following criteria: 

1. creativity, and innovation of the graphics; 

2. sensitivity and aesthetic value of the graphics. 

5. The decision of the Contest Committee is final. 

6. The Participant declares that the graphics referred to in point 6.2 above will not infringe the personal rights and rights of third parties, in particular copyright or related rights, and will not contain elements that may be considered vulgar, immoral, contrary to decency or promoting alcohol, drugs, violence or other unlawful behavior, elements that may violate generally accepted standards, in particular offend religious feelings, constitute an expression of discrimination, etc. 

7. PERSONAL DATA 

1. The administrator of the Participants' personal data is the Organizer, i.e. G2A.COM Limited with its seat in Hong Kong, 31/F, Tower Two, Times Square, 1 Matheson Street, Causeway Bay, Hong Kong, business registration number 63264201.  

2. The Organizer appoints the following company as a representant its respective obligations and the Participant rights related to personal data processing: 

G2A PL sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Warsaw, address: Emilii Plater street 53, 00-113 Warsaw, Poland.  

3. The Organizer appoints Data Protection Officer.  

4. Any questions relating to personal data processing in European Union should be direct to the address G2A PL sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Warsaw, address: Emilii Plater street 53, 00-113 Warsaw, Poland or https://supportcenter.g2a.com/#/tickets/add/gdprform 

5. Participants' personal data will be processed on the basis of art. 6 sec. 1 lit. a), b), c) and f) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/ 46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (“GDPR”).  

6. Participants' personal data (name and surname) will be processed only for the purpose of conducting the Contest, including Participants' participation in the Contest, verification of tasks performed by Participants, delivery of Prizes to selected Participants, Participants' tax settlements with tax authorities (if required) and in the scope of conducting marketing and promotional campaigns of the Organizer or Affiliates.  

7. Providing personal data by the Participant is voluntary, but it is necessary to achieve the goals indicated in point 7.3 above. 

8. The Participant's personal data will be stored for the period of: 

1. necessary to fulfill the purposes referred to in point 7.3 above; 

2. indicated in the law, in which claims related to the delivery and use of the Prize may arise; 

3. required by law in order to fulfill the legal obligations incumbent on the Organizer referred to in point 7.1. 

Then, the Participant's data will be permanently and irreversibly deleted. 

9. The Participant's personal data will not be used for automated processing, including profiling, in order for the Participant to make decisions based on said automated processing. 

10. Participant's personal data may be transferred to the following third parties: 

1. other administrators who process personal data on their own behalf: 

1. public authorities; 

2. entities that cooperate with us in handling accounting, tax and legal matters - to the extent to which they become data controllers, 

2. entities that process personal data on our behalf: 

1. affiliates, 

2. entities that operate ICT systems and provide IT services, 

3. entities that provide us with advisory, consulting, auditing, legal, tax and accounting services, 

4. entities that provide document archiving services. 

11. Participants' personal data may be transferred outside the European Economic Area ("EEA"). Such a situation may occur when the Organizer commissions the performance of certain services to entities based outside the EEA or processing data outside the EEA. Your personal data may only be transferred to third countries (countries outside the EEA) or entities in third countries for which an adequate level of data protection has been determined by the decision of the European Commission or standard data protection clauses have been included in contracts with these entities. In connection with the transfer of data outside the EEA, you may request from the Organizer further information on the security measures applied in this regard, obtain a copy of these security measures and information about the place where they are made available by contacting the Organizer in the manner indicated in this information 

12. Pursuant to and within the provisions of the GDPR, the Participant has the following rights: 

1. the right to object to the processing of your personal data, on the basis of which we will stop processing your data for the purposes set out in point 7.3 above, except when we prove that we have legitimate grounds in relation to your data, overriding your interests, rights and freedom, in particular as part of our legitimate interest; 

2. the right to access your data and receive a copy thereof; 

3. the right to data portability; 

4. the right to object to data processing; 

5. the right to rectify (correct) your data; 

6. the right to delete data, limit data processing; 

7. the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory body, i.e. the competent Office for Personal Data Protection, when you consider that the processing of personal data violates the provisions of the GDPR; 

8. withdraw consent to the processing of personal data at any time, with the withdrawal of said consent not affecting the compliance of the processing that was made on the basis of consent before its withdrawal, in accordance with applicable law. 

In order to exercise the above rights, please contact the Organizer using the contact details indicated above. 

13. If the processing of the Participant's personal data is based on the person's consent to the processing of personal data, the Participant has the right to withdraw this consent at any time. This withdrawal does not affect the compliance of the processing that was made on the basis of consent before its withdrawal with applicable law. 

14. In order to exercise the above rights, please contact the Organizer using the contact details indicated above. 

8. COMPLAINTS 

1. Complaints regarding the Contest may be submitted by the Participant via the contact form available at: by post at: G2A.COM Limited, address: 31/F, Tower Two, Times Square, 1 Matheson Street, Causeway Bay, Hong Kong, with the recommended note "Complaint - Apocalyptic Season" on the envelope, which is not mandatory. 

2. The complaint should contain data identifying the person or entity submitting the complaint, correspondence address or e-mail address, as well as an indication of the reason for the complaint and the content of the request. 

3. The Organizer shall respond to the complaint within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of its receipt. 

4. Complaints are considered by the Organizer on the basis of the provisions of these Terms and Conditions and the provisions of the applicable law. 

5. The Organizer sends a response to the complaint by letter or e-mail (depending on the method of filing the complaint). 

9. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS 

1. The Organizer has the right to amend these Terms and Conditions in the event of at least one of the following reasons: 

1. changes in generally applicable laws affecting the provision of services covered by these Regulations to the extent that it will result in the need to adapt the provisions of the Regulations to the solutions resulting from such a change; 

2. changes in the jurisprudence of common courts or the issuance of new resolutions, decisions, recommendations or other acts issued by offices authorized to issue binding regulations; 

3. introduction of new Awards. 

2. The Participant is not obliged to accept the amended Terms and Conditions, but should then terminate the contract with the Organizer concluded as part of the Contest. 

10. FINAL PROVISIONS 

1. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People’s Republic of China. 

2. All disputes and claims related to the Contest will be resolved by the competent common court in Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People’s Republic of China.
