Onboarding
Before you can use the Export API, you must complete following steps.
1. Verify your account
There are two verification methods available. Both are initiated via this form.
- Full seller verification - grants access to the Export API and the ability to sell on the marketplace.
- Verification limited to the Export API — a simplified and faster verification process that grants access exclusively to the Export API.
In case of any questions or issues, contact G2A’s Seller Support team. Use the Support tab in your G2A ID dashboard, select a contact option related to your specific matter, or send an email directly to mptickets@g2a.com. Support team responds to all inquiries as quickly as possible.
2. Set up an automated payment method
A payment method must be configured on your account before you can place orders. Supported payment methods:
- G2A balance
- Credit Cards
- PayPal
To add a payment method for your Export API transactions
- Log into your G2A account (Account → Account Settings → Saved cards and PayPal accounts) or use the direct link to this section: dashboard.g2a.com/account/settings/saved-methods
- Choose your G2A balance as the automated payment method or add a new payment method by clicking the “Add new” button.
- Follow the on-screen instructions. If you select a credit card, check the box labeled “Use for automated payments”.
- A success message should appear once the process is completed.
That’s important - A 1 EUR verification fee may be charged to authorize the credit card. This is a temporary authorization hold, and the funds are released once the verification process is completed.
3. Obtain API credentials
Once your account is verified and a payment method is configured, your API credentials (client_id and client_secret) are available in the G2A dashboard at:
dashboard.g2a.com/account/store-settings/api-integration

Do not use your G2A account login credentials to call the API. Use only the
client_idandclient_secretfrom the dashboard.
Once you have completed all steps above, proceed to Getting started.
