You play as the titular detective Pierre who must face his nemesis, nefarious Mr X who stole a magical artefact known as Maze Stone from Opera City Museum. To catch the terrible criminal you will go on an adventure that will take you through 10 different maps such as city streets, a castle and even a haunted mansion. You must stop Mr X at all cost, lest the whole world turns into a maze! The plot is very simple yet thoroughly enjoyable.

Gameplay

Labyrinth City: Pierre the Maze Detective is a very relaxing, casual game. There is no pressure, there are no enemies to fight. Your main objective on each map is to navigate through the maze to the next character and progress the story. Along the way, you can encounter various hidden objects and optional puzzles that will stimulate your brain and grant satisfaction upon completion. Everything you do, you do at your own pace and leisure!

Graphics

Graphic design is one of the strongest aspects of the game. Everything is colorful and vibrant. All maps are full of people that seem busy and active. You will notice a multitude of various characters engaged in different activities. Game design faithfully represents the children’s book created by IC4DESIGN and each scene is based on a double-page illustration from the original work. A lot of people may also immediately notice a similarity to the famous Find Waldo books. The game looks extremely cosy and inviting. It’s perfect to just sit down, relax and don’t worry about anything!
