Although it’s been some time, the graphics card market is still recovering from the effects of the pandemic.
Upgrading hardware was not easy back then, but thankfully the GTX 1650 came to the rescue of those in need of new card supplies and price reductions.
Although the card price spiked anyway due to the market situation, the GTX 1650 was still one of the most affordable options available then. This translated into its popularity —the GTX 1650 ranked second on the list of graphics cards among Steam users at that time.
The fact that the card allowed many new games to achieve 60 fps at 1080p resolution surely helped.
And even though many newer cards have appeared on the market since, the GTX 1650 remains a great choice in 2024 — especially for those who want to have fun playing their favorite games without spending a fortune.
But what titles are worth playing with the GTX 1650? We have prepared a list of games that will provide you with undoubtedly satisfying gameplay! Let’s check what to play even with low FPS and medium settings.

The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim
Release date: | 2016-10-27 |
Genre: | Adventure |
Developer: | Bethesda Game Studios |
Skyrim is a 2011 game, the fifth installment in The Elder Scrolls series published by Bethesda Softworks.
We return to the continent of Tamriel, where you can explore on your own terms, be whoever you want and do whatever you please. Freedom of choice, storytelling and adventure in Skyrim have already gained their legendary status.
In this installment, you will take on the role of one of the last dragon hunters, which are starting to reappear on the horizon.
As you fight ancient dragons, you will learn their secrets, taking over not only their souls, but also their abilities. However, before you get to all of that, you start the game by creating your character. With ten different races to choose from, you will surely find the one that best reflects your alter-ego.
Skyrim uses a better engine, which we already got to know in the previous part of the series, The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion. The appearance and facial expressions of the characters have been improved, as well as the weather effects that accompany us throughout the game.
The improved engine can select tasks for players based on the strength of the character and their achievements in the game.

Minecraft
Release date: | 2011-11-18 |
Genre: | Sandbox |
Developer: | Mojang Studios |
You must have heard of Minecraft, unless you are living under a rock.
Thanks to this sandbox, many YouTubers have really taken off with their careers, and the videos from the game are published on the platform to this day.
In Minecraft, you play in the typical Survival Mode. While exploring the world, you get to collect the resources necessary to build your settlement and then defend it from monsters.
Over time, in search of these rarer resources, you’ll start exploring the farthest corners of the map, such as mountains or caves.
However, the Survival Mode is not everything. Many players are passionate about the Creative Mode, in which you can create anything you want.
Literally – there are no limits! Monuments from the other side of the world, replicas of places or vehicles from movies are just some examples of what the Minecraft community has created. One YouTuber has even started an initiative to build our Earth on a 1:1 scale! If you’re creative, and building with Lego blocks is not scratching that itch anymore — try Minecraft for yourself. Here, you never run out of cubes.

Red Dead Redemption 2
Release date: | 2019-11-05 |
Genre: | Adventure |
Developer: | Rockstar Games |
Rockstar Games isn’t a company that releases games very often, but when they do, it is with a BANG.
Red Dead Redemption II is one of their top games and it quickly gained a lot of fans after its premiere.
The game takes place at the end of the 19th century in the Wild West. We play as Arthur Morgan, a gunslinger from Dutch van der Linde’s gang.
Throughout the plot, we get to know Morgan’s figure, a well-constructed and multi-dimensional character whose decisions we can directly influence. Red Dead Redemption II is a story-driven game, and it will provide you with a lot of emotions, and various random events, or “stranger missions”, to further deepen its plot.
In the game, you will learn many mechanics. In addition to standard shooting with weapons, you will be able to perform quite mundane tasks (such as setting up camp or hunting animals), as well as more exciting ones — because who wouldn’t want to rob a stagecoach or a train in their free time?
Horses play a big role in the game, not only you get to take care of them, but also develop a close bond. All this together with the plot and beautiful graphics will be the basis for an unforgettable game.

The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt
Release date: | 2015-05-18 |
Genre: | RPG |
Developer: | CD PROJEKT RED |
The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt is undoubtedly the most famous Polish production in the gaming world.
And rightly so, as CD Projekt Red created a game that is a pleasure to play. Here’s a short summary, just in case if you haven’t heard of this game yet.
The main character is Geralt of Rivia — the eponymous Witcher, a mutant raised to kill monsters. Many people hate witchers who are considered to be emotionless monsters created to kill other monsters.
But is that really true? During the adventure with Geralt, the player gets to know not only him, but also other witchers — you can quickly tell that these are just village superstitions.
Your main task in the game will be to find Ciri, Geralt’s adopted daughter, his “surprise child”, and in fact the daughter of the Emperor of Nilfgaard. Unfortunately, the Wild Hunt, the ghostly riders, are also looking for the girl. In your search, you will visit many places — from the muddy Velen, through the Free City of Novigrad (inspired by Polish seaside city Gdańsk), to the Skellige Islands.
Each of these places is beautiful in its own way and is sure to take your breath away. The Witcher will draw you in so much that you won’t be able to break away from it!
