Unfortunately, the game does not offer cross-platform features, which means you can’t play with friends if they’re playing on different platforms. If you’d like to play together, you will all have to get the right version of the game and play on a PC or a console of your choice.

How to Enable Cross-Platform Play in Borderlands 2

As the game doesn’t come with cross-platform options, you can’t enable it. You can, however, play with Mac users if you’re on a PC.
