You won’t be able to craft Gunpowder immediately – it’s a mid-game resource.

First, you need to reach the Foothills region and unlock the Millstones workstation.

To unlock Millstones:

Millstone Parts	15 Stone
Millstones	1x Parts + 15 Wood

Once Millstones are built, you can craft Gunpowder using:

Gunpowder	25 Ash + 25 Sulfur

Pro Tip: Farm charcoal constantly – you’ll passively build a huge Ash supply.

If you don’t want to craft it, you can loot Gunpowder from the world.

Looting is slower than crafting – but useful early on.
