Outbound arrives on May 14 for PC via early access.
Set in a utopian near future, the cozy open-world game lets players turn an empty camper van into a mobile home, either solo or with friends. Building systems, resource collection, modular upgrades, and energy management all play a central role.

Supermassive’s next Dark Pictures game heads into sci-fi horror territory, using trust-based mechanics and branching storytelling in a cosmic setting inspired in part by The Thing.

Then comes one of the month’s biggest releases, Forza Horizon 6, on May 19 for PC and Xbox Series X|S.
This time, the Horizon Festival heads to Japan, which Playground Games says is the series’ biggest map yet. The new game also adds ranked progression, unlockable access to Legend Island, and even a customizable estate for players when they are off the road.

Yoshi and the Mysterious Book also launches on May 21, exclusively for Switch 2.
The 2D platformer places Yoshi inside a storybook-inspired world with hand-drawn visuals and a focus on investigating and documenting mysterious creatures.

Described as a spiritual successor to Disco Elysium, the espionage RPG centers on a spy returning for one final mission, mixing dice-roll systems, factional conflict, and story-heavy role-playing.
On May 22, Bubsy 4D launches for PC, PS5, PS4, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, Switch 2, and Switch.
Against all odds, the latest Bubsy game looks like a polished platformer with strong visual identity, customizable features, and gameplay modes built with speedrunning in mind.
Lego Batman: Legacy of the Dark Knight lands the same day on PC, PS5, and Xbox Series X|S.
