Junkster is available day one with Game Pass. It is a 3D action platformer built around a construction mechanic, starring a small repair bot named UM-13.
After crashing on a dangerous junkyard planet, UM has to use his robo-wrench to rebuild, improvise, recover lost human artifacts, and repair his ship. It sounds like a good pick for players who enjoy platforming, creative problem-solving, and mechanical gadgetry.
