G2A DEAL #4 CONTEST TERMS AND CONDITIONS

 

PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY BEFORE PARTICIPATING IN THE G2A DEAL #4 CONTEST. PARTICIPATION IN THE G2A DEAL #4 CONTEST MEANS THAT YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY ALL RULES CONTAINED OR REFERENCED IN THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE UPON THESE RULES, YOU MAY NOT TAKE PART IN THE G2A DEAL #4 CONTEST.

 

PROMOTER

  1. G2A DEAL #4” contest (“Contest”) is organized by company G2A Direct Limited with its registered office in Hong Kong, address: Suite 3310-11, Tower One, Times Square 1 Matheson Street, Causeway Bay, Hong Kong, Special Administrative Region of China, registered in the Companies Registry conducted by Hong Kong Authority under the number 2431564, e-mail: support.g2anews@g2a.com (“Promoter”).

ELIGIBILITY AND RESTRICTIONS

  1. The Contest is open to persons aged eighteen (18) years or older, except agents, contractors or consultants, directors, employees of the Promoter and their immediate family members, the Promoter’s associated companies and anyone else professionally connected with the Contest (“Entrants”).
  2. THIS CONTEST IS VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW OR REQUIRES ADDITIONAL LICENSES, PERMITS OR OTHER APPROVALS.
  3. NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN THE PRIZE IN THIS CONTEST. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCE OF WINNING.

THE PERIOD OF THE CONTEST

  1. The Contest is open for entries on 09/06/17 at 12:00:00 am(GMT) (“Opening Date”) and closes on 12/06/17 at 11:59:59 pm (GMT) (“Closing Date”). The period from the Opening Date to and including the Closing Date shall be referred to as the “Contest Period”.
  2. The Promoter will not be held responsible for entries received after the Contest Period or for entries not received for any other reason.

HOW TO ENTER AND WIN THE PRIZE

  1. The contest page is https://www.g2a.com/news/latest/g2a-deal-edition-4 (“Contest Page”).
  2. In order to participate in the Contest, the Entrant shall write a comment with the game title that they think the riddle presented on the Contest Page is referring to, and provide therein with the appropriate reasoning behind it.
  3. The single Prize (as defined below) may win a Entrant who as a first person provide the correct, complete answer for stipulated question referring to the given riddle during the Contest Period – there is only one (1) winner per riddle. Each Entrant may only once (1) provide the answer for a given riddle.
  4. The Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with or attempts to tamper with the entry process, who acts in a disruptive or unfair manner. ANY ATTEMPT BY ANY PERSON TO DELIBERATELY CORRUPT OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE CONTEST MAY BE A VIOLATION OF LAW.
  5. The Prizes are not allotted by lot, chance or randomness. The Contest is based only upon the Entrant’s skills and knowledge.
  6. The email address used to submit the Entrant’s comment must be real, otherwise we the Promoter will not be able to contact with winner and provide them a prize.

PRIZES

  1. Under the Contest the Entrant may win one (1) of five (5) G2A DEAL #4 (game keys).
  2. All federal, state and/or local taxes, fees, and surcharges are the sole responsibility of the designated beneficiary of the Prize winner.

POTENTIAL WINNERS SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION

  1. The winners will be announced on the Contest Page and the information in this regard will be also sent to winner’s email.
  2. In order to claim their Prize, the winners must respond and provide, if requested by the Promoter, any additional information necessary to facilitate Prize delivery or confirm identification, within three (3) calendar days of the Promoters’ email.

COMPLAINTS PROCEDURE

  1. Each Entrant has the right to file complaints connected with the Contest provided by the Promoter. All complaints should be sent in a written form or via e-mail to the address of the Promoter indicated in section 1 All complaints shall be resolved within 10 (ten) days from the date of their delivery. Replies shall be sent to the address from which the complaint has been received or any other given by the complaining party or via email.

LIABILITY

  1. Prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and the Promoter reserves the right to substitute any Prize with another of the equivalent value without giving notice. Each Prize is awarded “AS IS” and without WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, express or implied. Acceptance, participation in and/or use of the Prize is at the winner’s sole risk and the Promoter is not responsible for any damages whatsoever, including special, indirect, or consequential damages, arising out of or in connection with the use and/or misuse of any such Prize.
  2. The Promoter is not responsible for: (i) electronic or digital transmissions or entries that are lost, late, stolen, incomplete, illegible, damaged, garbled, destroyed, or misdirected or for non-delivered or postage-due mail; (ii) any problems or technical malfunctions, errors, omissions, interruptions, deletions, defects, delays in operation of transmission, communication failures (including but not limited to failures or malfunctions of phone lines, telephone systems or other communications systems), destruction of or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries, or for printing, distribution or production errors; (iii) failed or unavailable hardware, network, software or telephone transmissions; (iv) damage to Entrants’ or any person’s computer; (v) causes beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control that jeopardize the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Contest; (vi) incorrect or inaccurate entry information whether caused by Entrants or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Contest; (vii) any typographical or other error in the printing or advertising related to the Contest, in the administration or execution of the Contest, or in the announcement/notification of Prize Winners; (viii) by any human, or other error, which may occur in this Contest or (ix) cheating or fraud by any Entrant.

FINAL PROVISIONS

  1. Should any provisions hereof prove to be invalid or ineffective, they will not affect the validity of the remaining provisions. Invalid or ineffective provisions will be replaced by such valid provisions which reflect the economic value, intention of the parties and objective of the invalid or ineffective provisions to the highest extent.
  2. These terms and conditions may be amended from time to time due to important reasons, in particular such a change in the scope of economic activity carried out by Promoter, the need to adjust the provisions of these terms and conditions to the applicable law, in order to ensure proper functioning of the Contest Page and to ensure the safety of the Entrant as well as to introduce new or changes to the existing rules of the service. In this case, Promoter will inform Entrants of the changes, by sending them a copy of the changes to the e-mail address and a revised version of the terms and conditions, no later than 7 (seven) days prior to the planned changes.
