Nintendo’s latest Indie World presentation showed a range of indie games planned for Switch and the upcoming Switch 2 in 2026.


The stream revealed new titles, confirmed several release dates, and included a few games that appeared on the eShop right after the presentation.

Smaller studios presented projects across several genres, including puzzle exploration, cooperative action, and narrative adventures.

Biggest Releases Available Today

Three titles became available on the eShop right after the presentation ended.

Blue Prince launched on Switch 2 and focuses on puzzle driven exploration inside a mysterious mansion called Mt. Holly. Players control Simon, who searches for a hidden forty-sixth room somewhere within the estate. The structure of the house changes every day, forcing players to rethink routes and puzzle solutions.

Minishoot’ Adventures released on Switch and combines classic adventure exploration with twin stick shooting mechanics. Players control a small customizable ship that travels across a large overworld map, rescues allies, and battles enemies through fast projectile based combat and large scale boss encounters.

Rotwood arrived as a Switch 2 console exclusive. The game presents a side scrolling action brawler built around cooperative play. Up to four players can fight together locally or online and collect equipment during roguelite style runs.
