Sony has confirmed the PlayStation Plus Monthly Games for February 2026.
Starting Tuesday, February 3 and running until Monday, March 2, subscribers will be able to claim four titles. These include Undisputed, Subnautica: Below Zero, Ultros, and Ace Combat 7: Skies Unknown.
PlayStation Plus Essential Game Overview: Title by Title
Undisputed (PS5)
Undisputed is a boxing simulation with a clear focus on realism. It includes more than seventy licensed fighters and a detailed character editor. Players begin as amateurs and move through a full Career Mode to reach championship-level matches.
There are fifty traits and attributes that make each boxer distinct. The emphasis is on mechanics and long-term progression, with little interest in arcade spectacle.
Subnautica: Below Zero (PS5, PS4)
Below Zero is the follow-up to Subnautica, set once again on Planet 4546B. The environment has changed to a freezing climate, introducing new types of hazards.
Players must manage resources, explore hostile terrain, and piece together a personal mystery involving the main character’s sister. If you like open-ended goals with a hint of narrative, this one fits.
Ultros (PS5, PS4)
Ultros is a side-scrolling action game that looks strange in a way you notice right away. The whole thing runs on a loop, so each cycle gives you a bit more to work with, new upgrades, new routes, and small changes that slowly add up.
The art comes from El Huervo, the same artist behind Hotline Miami, and it has that same heavy color use and uneasy vibe.
Between combat sections, you spend time interacting with plant life, growing paths, opening shortcuts, and unlocking skills in ways that feel more organic than mechanical. If you enjoy games that move at their own pace and play with unusual systems, Ultros does not try to smooth that out. It leans into it.
Ace Combat 7: Skies Unknown (PS4)
Ace Combat 7 offers structured missions with a cinematic presentation. Players pilot a range of modern and fictional aircraft in dogfights that prioritize timing and positioning.
Even on PS4, the game remains visually sharp and mechanically tight. It includes a full single-player campaign and optional multiplayer modes. For players who want aerial combat that still respects physics and strategy, this entry holds up.
PlayStation Plus Essential for February 2026
This lineup reflects Sony’s current strategy with PlayStation Plus. By combining a new PS5 simulation, a strong third-party survival game, a spotlight indie, and a recognizable legacy title, they are appealing across budget tiers and player expectations.
Players have until February 2 to claim January’s titles, which include Need for Speed Unbound, Disney Epic Mickey: Rebrushed, and Core Keeper. The February games will be live starting Tuesday, February 3.
