Cities: Skylines

Colossal Order has been dealing with cities for a while now but from the transportation perspective. This is their attempt at SimCity like game and it’s almost perfect. It allows for almost unlimited creativity, gives a lot of space to express yourself and follows a logical set of rules. There is also a huge modding community that makes your game exactly what you want it to be as well as a steady stream of DLC’s and free add-ons.
