INFORMATION CLAUSE REGARDING THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
Based on article 13 sec. 1-2 of the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (hereinafter referred to as „GDPR”), please be informed as follows:
1. ADMINISTRATOR
The administrator of your personal data is G2A PL sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Rzeszow, address: Emili Plater street no. 53, 00-113 Warsaw, Poland, entered into register of entrepreneurs of National Court Register maintained by District Court for capital city of Warsaw in Warsaw, XII Commercial Division of National Court Register under the number 0000677012, tax identification number 5252709976 (hereinafter referred to as „Administrator”).

2. PURPOSE OF THE PROCESSING
Your personal data will be processed in order to contact you and receive feedback about the product related to the functioning of the G2A Marketplace platform in the g2a.com domain, however, the legal basis for the processing of personal data are (i) the necessity of processing resulting from the execution of the agreement related to acquire of your opinion about aforesaid product (see article 6 sec. 1 let. b) of the GDPR), (ii) fulfill the legal obligations incumbent on the Administrator (see Article 6 sec. 1 let. c) of the GDPR) and (iii) execution of our legitimate interest (see article 6 sec. 1 let. f) of the GDPR).
3. CATEGORIES OF PROCESSED PERSONAL DATA
The Administrator will process the following categories of personal data:
(a) Your name, surname and the position in the company; (b) Your company’s name; (c) E-mail; (d) Link to your Steam Store page or any other platforms you sell your games on.
4. YOUR RIGHTS
Under the provisions of the GDPR, you have the following rights:
(a) the right to object to the processing of your personal data, on the basis of which we will cease to process your personal data for the purposes set out in point 2 above, except if we proof that we have a legitimate interest in relation to your data that overrides your interests, rights and freedoms, in particular within our legitimate interest; (b) the right to access of the personal data and to receive a copy thereof; (c) the right to transfer of the personal data; (d) the right to object to of the personal data processing; (e) the right to rectify of the personal data; (f) the right to delete of the personal data, limit the processing of the personal data; (g) the right to lodge a complaint to the supervisory body, i.e. to the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection, when you believe that the processing of personal data violates the provisions of the GDPR.
5. PERIOD OF STORING PERSONAL DATA
Your personal data will be kept by us for a period of time related to:
(a) fulfillment of our legitimate interest in the purpose of receive from you an opinion related to new product implemented on the G2A Marketplace in the domain g2a.com; (b) required by law to fulfill legal obligations of the Administrator.
Then your personal data will be permanently deleted.
6. VOLUNTARITY OF PROVIDING THE PERSONAL DATA
Providing personal data by you is voluntary, but it is necessary to fulfill the purposes set forth in section 2 above.
7. RECIPIENTS OF PERSONAL DATA
Your personal data may be transferred to the following third parties:
(i) G2A.COM Limited with its registered office in Hong Kong (registration number: 2088957); (ii) GLOBAL R&D sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Warsaw, Poland (national court registration number: 0000692862).
8. TRANSFER OF PERSONAL DATA TO THIRD COUNTRIES
Your personal data may be transferred to affiliated entities of the Administrator located outside the territorial area of the European Union or the European Economic Area, including to G2A.COM Limited with its registered office in Hong Kong (registration number: 2088957). In the event that such a transfer takes place, then, previously, we are obliged to adequately protect your personal data so that the level of their protection corresponds to the level of personal data protection resulting from the GDPR.
