Microsoft revealed during the PC Gaming Show that the company is working on bringing back the classic Real Time Strategy, Age of Empires, to modern standards.

The announcement is connected to the 20th anniversary of the series. The remastered version will include many additions big and small, such as support for 4K graphics, improved gameplay as well as completely new sound effects. There will also be a new narration. Both single-player and multiplayer are supported.
No release was given for the PC game, however.
