Battlefield 1 gets a free wekend on Xbox One

If you haven’t tried the game yet then here’s your chance.

Electronic Arts announced that their flagship shooter, Battlefield 1, will get a free to play weekend on Xbox One. It’ll be free to play as part of the Xbox Live Gold Free Play Days promotion from September 22-24.

As usual, if you decide to buy the game afterward then all the progress you achieved will be saved. The promotion is part of the Battlefest community event, which coincides with the release of the In the Name of Tsar expansion.

If you fancy there’s a sort of GOTY release of the game called Battlefield 1 Revolution that comes with the full game and expansions (They Shall Not Pass, In the Name of the Tsar, Apocalypse and Turning Tides).
