The open PC beta for Call of Duty: World War II is well underway and it’s looking pretty great. The game, while still unfinished, is already pretty stable technically and engaging in terms of gameplay.

Sledgehammer Games are gathering information from the player to see what changes are necessary to implement and is quickly reacting to players reports.

The main issue was that submachine guns were way overpowered. And thus they already got a decreased damage-per-second output as well as a decreased falloff range.

Changes were made to other guns as well and there is a full list of fixes and upgrades on this Reddit post.

The game is out on all platforms on November 3.
