A task seemingly impossible turned out a challenge for the devs.
Some time ago the studio behind the upcoming sequel to Divinity said that the task of voicing characters in the game is too daunting to do. And yet the new video for backers on Kickstarter begs to differ.
The game will have over 1 million words and 74,000 lines of voiced dialogue, each character story will be voiced, each lady or gentleman in your party will have a voice, and over a thousand NPCs will be communicating with you out loud. It took the work of four voice acting studios to get it done. Impressive.
