There’s always more evil to fight and hoping that you can put it forever to sleep is just silly.
The development of Evil Within 2 was no secret for a while now, but Bethesda waited until their E3 conference to tell us something more about the game. Let’s start with the announcement trailer:
The Evil Within 2 story starts 3 years after the plot of the original. Yet again we will control detective Sebastian Castellanos, who is drawn into the horror of a once-idyllic town with the mission of saving his daughter in mind. The developers stated that you will be able to tackle monstrous creatures head on with weapons or try to sneak past them.
The game will launch on October 13 on PC, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One.
