Fallout: Bakersfield is an upcoming fan-made project that has been teased with short trailers and previews for quite some time.

Recently, however, a new extended gameplay video of Fallout: Bakersfield has dropped, showcasing more combat, exploration, and unseen scenes not shown in the original trailer.

Compared to the first, shorter trailer, this new footage provides a much deeper look into the gameplay. It showcases more of the open world, highlights extended mechanics, and adds context that makes it feel closer to a full single-player campaign.

The new mod project has definitely stirred up excitement across the fanbase, with many players eager to experience the signature Fallout atmosphere, graphics, and animations. Some fans, however, express concern that the project could end up being overlooked by Bethesda.

It stands as proof of how the modding community can keep the series’ original post-apocalyptic RPG spirit alive.
