Contrary to what the name may suggest, the alternate mode will not, in fact, last forever. The chiny super-villain and his weapon of mass destruction are going to be with us for just one more day.

The Infinity Gauntlet Mashup, a fruit of collaboration between Marvel and Epic, has certainly been fun and now may be the very last opportunity to try it out.

Given the gravitas of this little collaboration it’s very unlikely that we will see it ever again. Of course Fortnite will be back to its usual array of tricks and attractions and given the resounding success of this event, we might see crossovers like this in future.

I mean when you think about it, partnering with Epic would be far from the stupidest decisions Warner Brothers and DC comics made. Either way, it was fun while it lasted.
