G2A.COM  G2A News Latest News Friday the 13th devs say sorry
It seems that the launch of Friday the 13th did not go as smoothly as the developers would have wanted as gamers reported severe server issues. Illfonic is sorry for that so it will try to mend their broken hearts with some free stuff.
The update is coming out today, on June 20th. It introduces a number of bug fixes and stability patches. Everyone will additionally receive a new “retro” model for Jason, two new costumes for each counselor and 13,000 Customization Points. A double XP weekend begins on June 23th as well.
“Our thanks to the community for their support, their feedback, their concern and their suggestions. This has been a rocky release, to be frank,” we read in the update notes.
Friday the 13th launched on May 26th for PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC.
