Take-Two and Rockstar have officially confirmed the launch prices for Grand Theft Auto VI. The standard edition will cost $79.99, while the Grand Theft Auto VI: Ultimate Edition will be available for $99.99.


Pre-orders begin at midnight local time on June 25, 2026. GTA 6 launches on November 19, 2026 for PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S.

The $79.99 standard price confirms that GTA 6 will launch above the usual $69.99 AAA price point, but below the widely discussed $100 base-game rumor. The $99.99 price applies to the Ultimate Edition, not the standard edition.

Worth Knowing: Rockstar’s current launch platform list does not include PC. The official messaging remains PS5 and Xbox Series X|S.


Pre-order bonuses and pre-load details

All GTA 6 pre-orders and purchases made before November 20, 2026, will include the Vintage Vice City Pack. Rockstar describes it as a collection of items inspired by Vice City’s neon-heavy past.

Digital pre-orders also include one free month of GTA+. Rockstar says this will be instantly redeemable, letting players use GTA+ benefits in Grand Theft Auto V and other classic Rockstar titles available through the GTA+ Games Library.

Players who pre-order digitally will be able to start pre-loading GTA 6 on November 12, 2026. Physical copies will also be available from November 12, but Take-Two says the physical version contains a download code inside the box to support pre-loading.

GTA 6 will be available through the PlayStation Store, Microsoft Store, Rockstar Games Store, and global retailers and storefronts.
