Guild Wars 2 drops its exciting new expansion, Visions of Eternity, featuring two mysterious island maps and returning fan-favorite elite specializations.

Discover hidden treasure – Castora

The new expansion throws us into the mysterious world of Castora, a magical island home to many fantastic creatures that seemed out of reach and well-hidden, keeping its dark secrets safe. However, the evil Assura faction, Inquest, has been trying to find and corrupt it; the threat has taken a physical form: cyberpunk dinosaurs, semi-mechanical creatures that strike fear among the inhabitants. Your task will be to get to the island and thwart Inquest’s plans.

A pleasant surprise is the possibility to own a tropical island home. With the new homestead map, you will be able to design your own corner of this magical paradise. For those attached to their place in Jennifer Waltz, the developer has ensured the ability to save current homestead decorations as a file on your PC, so if you get nostalgic, you can easily restore all your previous decorations. Additionally, sharing your layouts with other players will be possible.

NCSoft does not allow the game to step back and continuously meets the expectations of its fans. New elite specializations will redefine character builds: each profession will get fresh traits, unique class mechanics, and new skills to play with. There will also be updates to the raid roster, which will expand up to 10 people as the expansion progresses. Some legendary gear and tons of goodies from the Wizard’s Vault won’t be missed, plus the skimmer mount – which will perform even better in combat and exploration than before.

Last but not least

Visions of Eternity picks up right where Guild Wars 2: End of Dragons left off, keeping the hype alive with more story, new places to explore, and fresh content to dig into. It’s got the same great look, cool characters, and smart updates, while moving the story and gameplay forward in a way that just feels right.
