The self-proclaimed godlike roguelike just received the last batch of content until the so-far not announced release date, and one wonders what more does Supergiant Games have in stock for us? There’s so much already!
On June 17th Supergiant Games dropped the Unseen update, complete with a very nice gameplay trailer showing off the most essential features. The new stuff includes:
- Secret weapons aspects to discover for all Nocturnal Arms
- Bossed beefed up by the brand new Vow of Rivals presenting new challenges
- You can now boost Selene Hex with Olympian abilities through the Path of Stars
- Expanded relationships with the NPCs
- Upgraded portraits for many NPCs, plus a full Narcissus reveal
- New music
… and more.
Some of that you can see in action thanks to the trailer below
If you’d like to read the full patch notes, you can head on to the post on Hades II’s Steam space over here. It’s a pretty lengthy read, so be warned.
While still in Early Access, Hades II already has an astounding amount of content. To think there must still be a lot left for the full release truly boggles the mind.
