Have a look at the remastered Age of Empires

The old is coming back in a great new way.

We recently got news about a fourth Age of Empires coming, but it’s not the only game from the series that is coming our way.

There’s the Definite Edition heading our way, but the question is how the 20-year-old classic holds up to today’s standards. Thanks to Gamescom and IGN we can at least partially answer that:

It all looks plenty familiar and immediately takes us back to the good all days. The textures and models are bumped up to today’s standards but the overall experience feels as classic as it should be.

Age of Empires Definitive Edition is set to arrive on PC on October 19.
