Nintendo has just informed that the firmware update 3.0 should be available to the Switch users. If it’s not, fret not, the availability is probably dependent on regions.
And what does the firmware do? Well, for starters, if you can’t find your controllers you can make them vibrate to help you out a bit. You will be able to connect a keyboard to the console for quick text entry and connect Pro controllers with a charging cable, which is a nice touch.
