Following up on the newly released trailer for the Shadow of the Tomb Raider, the PC players will be delighted to know that experts are working on making sure the PC port is top-notch

The Dutch developer, Nixxes Software, has partnered with Lara’s handlers before- in 2016, when they helped bring Rise of the Tomb Raider to PC. They’ve done a bang-up job and they were invited to cooperate on the new title.

Following the success of this collaboration, we’re pleased to announce that we’re working with the studios once more on the PC version of Shadow of the Tomb Raider. This collaboration will bring all the benefits of the GeForce gaming platform including GeForce technologies, GeForce Experience features, Game Ready Drivers and much more to deliver the definitive PC version for the Tomb Raider series.

The studio has quite the pedigree of porting console titles to PC, having worked on such titles as Kane and Lynch 2 and Hitman: Absolution and honestly the smoothness of Rise of the Tomb Raider’s port should be an argument in of itself.

So yeah, good stuff. I’m gonna be comparing the two versions post-launch to tell you which one is superior (spoiler alert: it’s the PC one).
