PC players are among the first ones that received the post-launch update for Outlast 2. “Global rebalancing of the game difficulty,” we read in patch notes. If you play on Normal, you’ll surely appreciate that some fragments of the story are now more about scares and less about dying.

Developers confirmed that the patch will be soon available on Xbox One and PlayStation 4. Other changes include increased size of the subtitles, various hardware-based fixes and a change, which results in the fact that “Microphone no longer uses extra batteries.” Woo-hoo!
