Overwatch with 35 million players

The game is still reeling new players in.

Overwatch is a very popular beast and only by Blizzard’s own admissions can we have a peek into how many people decided to buy the game.

The 35 million is probably a little exaggerated by accounts that were made during free weekends or by alt accounts, but nevertheless, this is very impressive.

The game is able to attract new players thanks to Blizzard’s constant focus on improving the game, rebalancing gameplay and adding new stuff. One of which is the Halloween terror add-on:
