Ubisoft revealed on their blog that their November 15 release, Watch Dogs 2, will be delayed for the PC.

The developer decided to delay the PC release to have more time for optimization. The extra technical features quoted In the post are: “support for full 4K resolution with Ultra Textures and Extra Details options; an uncapped framerate”, but there are many more, seen under this link in the “Additional features” section.

It appears that Watch Dogs 2 will avoid the hardwired graphical downgrade that was part of the criticism aimed at its predecessor and will offer the players a wide selection of settings to find balance between performance and visual fidelity.

Watch Dogs 2 for PC will launch on 29 November 2016.
