Prey gets a demo version with the first hour for you to test

If you, somehow, aren’t still convinced about Prey’s gameplay, there will be a chance to try it out.

Some people were surprised (myself included) with Prey’s marketing. When the IP was rebooted, many feared what it might become. But then Arcane Studios and Bethesda Softworks started quite a confident campaign and a lot of the game was revealed.

We already saw the first part of the game’s introduction, with additional videos focused on technology and powers. To accompany those, Prey will receive a demo version that lets you check the first hour of the story. It will be available on consoles on April 27th with no PC version announced.

Prey is set to release on PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC on May 5th.
