That’s what the developers want no matter the obstacles.

PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds is available on Xbox One for just a couple of weeks now and still in the game preview program for the console but PUBG Corp, the Bluehole division now responsible for the powerhouse, says that it wants to be present on all platforms.

That, of course, means Sony’s PlayStation 4 as Chang Han Kim, CEO of PUBG Corp, reiterated that the game’s exclusivity to Microsoft is something that is time-limited.

Part of the reason behind this is that while Xbox offers the Game Preview option it is completely different with Sony where the rules for publishing are much stricter.

Chang Han Kim explains to Inven Global in an interview:

“[…] we’d like to focus on completing the Xbox One PUBG for now. If we have the opportunity, the final goal would be to launch the title on every platform.”

“Early Access on Steam and Game Preview on Xbox One are like pre-release, so they don’t have a restriction on quality. However, [PlayStation] is very strict about this. There were cases where a game took six months more to launch even when it was already completed.”

PUBG is now available in full version on PC and in eraly access on Xbox One.
