After mysteries and delays, Rockstar Games has finally issued a statement.
If you’ve been waiting for the third (yes, really) game in the Red Dead franchise, you’re probably disgruntled by the time you’ve waited, but not you can mark a specific day in your calendar: Red Dead Redemption 2 launches for PlayStation 4 and Xbox One on October 26th this year. Yay.
RDR2 won’t star John Marston, to the dismay of some people, and seems to be set somewhat earlier in the timeline, and the player character is Arthur Morgan, a member of Dutch van Linde’s gang. He seems like a nice, reasonable person. Just take a look at the trailer:
No information on any kind of PC release, sadly.
