Meet Falke, the newest, bombastic addition to the Street Fighter V roster, scheduled to arrive on April 24th. She and her baton/boomstick look like they mean business.
Her fighting style is certainly unique, sporting far-reaching pokes, defensive swipes and projectile-based attacks. It looks like she’s using her staff in a similar way a soldier would use a rifle with mounted bayonet, which makes sense, since this thing shoots fireballs (ok, technically it’s her shooting the fireballs with her mind). Her style is distinctly reminiscent of Devil May Cry’s Lady using her signature bazooka. Both characters are property of Capcom so this cross-over makes sense. Probably most interestingly, she’s capable of lying flat on the battlefield, making hitting her with a projectile a difficult proposition.
And this fighting style makes sense, given that she’s apparently a body-replacement of M Bison, now fighting against his organization.
