It looks like the Witcher of the 17th century and will be available on PC, PS4 and XO.
Spiders Studio, the team behind Mars: War Logs, Bound by Flame and The Technomancer, is now developing another RPG. GreedFall will be released in 2018 and both PC and consoles are planned (with PS4 and XO confirmed) as platforms.
The game takes place in the 17th century, but as you’ll easily notice, there’s a magical twist and some monster hunting visible. GreedFall is described as a true RPG with “mysteries to discover, weaving deep character interactions, and offering players great freedom to achieve quests and objectives in a multitude of different ways – through combat of course, but also through diplomacy, deception or stealth.”
