Wolfenstein II and The Evil Within 2 to support 4K on Xbox One X

The official Xbox site states that both games will support 4K resolution on the upcoming Microsoft’s console.

We expect more and more titles supporting 4K resolution on Xbox One X to surface before the console is released on November 7th. While Middle-earth: Shadow of War was among the first to offer this resolution, now two major titles were also confirmed.

The listings for both games on the Xbox official game site confirm that both Wolfenstein II: The New Colossus and The Evil Within 2 will offer 4K resolution and HDR (High Dynamic Range). It is currently unknown if that means some form of upscaling or native 4K that is expected from Xbox One X.

Bethesda’s boss Peter Hines confirmed recently that the company plans to support Xbox One X with older titles such as Fallout 4.
