Shhh, did you hear that?

Are these thugs again? Hiding in the shadows, slipping unnoticed between the borders. They are truly wonderful: they make sacrifices to nameless deities, they use an incomprehensible language, and they know the sea as their own purse. Their unbridled curiosity drives them into the deep waters, so much so that they are ready to go even on tiny rafts! If you spot them, keep an eye on your goods as they will try to steal them. They have been around forever, it is time for them to come out of the shadows and become known among other northern kingdoms - lead the Barbarian clans to glory!

New playable factions

In the box you will find two decks of the Barbarian clans: Boudiki and Urvarta, each with 33 cards. There are also additional island cards, ship tokens for both clans and rafts (for Boudica only), and ambush tokens for Urvart.

Urvart Clan

Urvart has dispatched his spies to four corners of the world. You ask why? These cunning Barbarians are in every nook and cranny of our villages, trying to steal valuable recipes, be it for our famous Ale or the delicious ice cones of our Inuit neighbors ... Not only do they steal our knowledge, they also share it with their entire clan, outrageous !

Urvart has special Trap tokens with skulls that he can place on his opponent's cards to gain goodness later! He can also reveal cards from the island deck, and exhaust locations to explore and populate!

The Boudiki Clan

Boudika had a simple plan - to build as many boats as possible and then use them to collect whatever she needs. She found that the seas were full of boats laden with expensive raw materials and without protection. Why go to the trouble of planting vegetables when you can simply grab them from the holds of nearby galleys? It was just a matter of deciding how many boats from her fleet to spend on raking helpless galleys and how many on plundering prosperous islands.

Boudika starts the game with one ship and two rafts that allow her to plunder nearby islands. All Pumpkin Boudica locations require the use of a raft or ship to harvest resources from them.
