A challenging and satisfying game for two.
Patchwork is a sewing method where small pieces of fabric are joined together to create a new pattern. In the past, it was used to manage unwanted clippings and scraps.
Today it is a form of art - designers create wonderful textile creations from precious fabrics. The greatest masterpieces are made of uneven pieces of fabric, which is why this technique has been adopted by most of the artistic world.
However, creating a beautiful duvet is not easy, it requires effort and time, and the available pieces of fabric do not always want to match. So you have to choose them very carefully and have a solid stock of buttons that will not only allow you to finish the quilt, but make it better and prettier than your competitors' crafts.
This will require about 30 minutes of sensible button attachments. And the player who combines the best materials and adds them to the quilt in the most effective way wins!
Patchwork was appreciated by BoardGameGeek users and recognized as the best abstract game released in 2014 (2014 Golden Geek Abstract Game Winner).
