Trial of the Gods takes place in the Egyptian tomb. The player engages into the storyline including ancient Gods and Goddesses. The game is styled as an escape room one. It is a VR experience, requiring HTC Vive or Oculus Rift equipment. The best option to enjoy fully the game is to play it in full 3.3 meters x 3.0 meters space. However, it is not necessary.

Resurrected by the Goddess

Your story begins when your character is resurrected. The Goddess Isis brings you back from the Underworld. How will you use your newly gotten back life? Will you win your humanity by playing with Gods? Will you come back to the Underworlds without the chance to be ever revived again?

Explore the Tomb

After your resurrection, you find yourself trapped in the ancient Egyptian tomb. It was built by the Gods and the Goddess. The tomb is a twisted space full in the shape of a pyramid that is winding. There are moving doors or hidden passages that provide the extra difficulty to the gameplay. You can easily get lost there. You can explore the tomb however you want using the possibilities of a VR game. Don’t waste your time though as your task is not to sightsee the spot, but to try to get away from it.

Solve Puzzles

In the tomb of the God Ra there will be several puzzles waiting for you. Some of them requires mental abilities, other psychical ones, some easy-peasy, other difficult as hell. You have to use your wits, challenge your mind, take advantage of your psychical power and prove you are worthy to stay in this lifetime. If you fail, the Goddess will send you back to the Underground. Do you have what it takes to benefit from your second chance and change your fate?

Race Against Time

Your time for solving puzzles is limited. What you feel is a lifetime spent in the tomb, will be merely a second for Gods just waiting for your failure. You need to act quickly. When time is up, and you have not solved all the riddles, your fate will be sealed forever. You will be send back to the underground.
