Risk of loss and title for Card passes to purchaser at time of payment for Card. This Card is single use. It cannot be reloaded, and it must be redeemed for the full face value. Coinbase, Inc. is the Card issuer and sole obligor to Card owner. It may delegate its issuer obligations to an assignee without recourse. If delegated, the assignee and not Coinbase, Inc. will be the sole obligor to Card owner. Coinbase and its licensees, affiliates, and licensors make no warranties, express or implied, with respect to Card and disclaim any warranty to the fullest extent available. No fees or expiration date.

Void where prohibited. Not for resale and void if copied, resold or otherwise obtained or used in violation of these Terms.
