A story within a story

Meet Jot, a heroic protagonist of a fantastic storybook. He spends his days helping others, battling dangerous beasts, and spreading messages of kindness and bravery. Once the evil wizard, Humgrump, realizes he’s the villain of the story, he kicks Jot out of its pages to change the course of its plot. Only you can help Jot and his allies restore the true happy ending and bring peace back to the pages of the storybook!

The Plucky Squire is a single-player action-adventure game with platformer and puzzle elements. This family-friendly game stands out from other productions of the same genre thanks to its original and charming graphics style as well as the main gameplay mechanic of jumping between stunningly beautiful 2D and 3D worlds - the 2D world being a cartoony storybook realm and the 3D world representing the outside, realistic realm of Sam’s room.

Face the challenge

In order to fulfill his mission and reach the final battle with Humgrump, Jot has to solve multiple puzzles and complete various mini challenges - from rhythm stealth mini-games to fighting badgers in boxing matches.

Luckily he’s not on his own during his amazing adventure as he is accompanied by his faithful allies known as the Mojam Crew. The group consists of the artistic witch-in-training, Violet, and Thrash, a mountain troll and heavy metal drummer. Jot’s team is also assisted by Moonbeard, a wise sorcerer and DJ, who offers guidance and support, and Moonbeard’s familiar, Pip, a smart magical mouse.
