G2A.COM informs that it has designated a point of contact for users residing in, or located within, the territory of the European Union, for the purpose of direct and rapid communication regarding illegal content as defined under the DSA and dangerous products under the GPSR. - Acknowledgement - you will receive an e-mail confirming that we have received your report.
- Investigation - our compliance team will review the content, examine the evidence you’ve provided, and may contact you for more details if necessary.
- Action taken:
- If a breach is confirmed, we may remove the content, reduce its visibility, suspend access, or permanently close the account.
- If no breach is found, the case will be closed with no action taken.
- Decision Notification - we will inform you of the outcome, including any applicable appeal instructions.
Appealing a Moderation Decision
Under the DSA, certain users have explicit rights to appeal within six months of receiving a moderation decision notice. You may request a review through our internal complaints process for decisions made on the grounds that the content or activity is illegal or violates our Terms & Conditions, specifically if they involve:- Removal, disabling, or restricting visibility of content;
- Suspension or termination of access to all or part of the platform;
- Suspension or termination of your account;
- Suspension, termination, or restriction of your ability to monetise activity on the platform.
