  • Investigation - our compliance team will review the content, examine the evidence you’ve provided, and may contact you for more details if necessary.
  • Action taken:
    • If a breach is confirmed, we may remove the content, reduce its visibility, suspend access, or permanently close the account.
    • If no breach is found, the case will be closed with no action taken.
  • Decision Notification - we will inform you of the outcome, including any applicable appeal instructions.

Appealing a Moderation Decision

Under the DSA, certain users have explicit rights to appeal within six months of receiving a moderation decision notice. You may request a review through our internal complaints process for decisions made on the grounds that the content or activity is illegal or violates our Terms & Conditions, specifically if they involve:
  • Removal, disabling, or restricting visibility of content;
  • Suspension or termination of access to all or part of the platform;
  • Suspension or termination of your account;
  • Suspension, termination, or restriction of your ability to monetise activity on the platform.
Appeal options will be provided in the official violation notice you receive. When submitting an appeal, you must clearly explain why the decision was incorrect and attach any supporting evidence. Only one appeal per decision is allowed.

Out-of-Court Dispute Settlement Option

In addition to our internal appeals process, you may select a certified out‑of‑court dispute settlement body in the EU to assist in resolving a disagreement about a covered moderation decision. The European Commission maintains a public list of certified bodies through its official DSA portal. We will cooperate with such a body when required by law, but are not legally bound by its decisions. We may also decline to engage if the dispute concerns the same material and grounds as a case already resolved.
