theHunter: Primal

TheHunter Primal is a standalone expansion to the famous hunting simulator TheHunter, developed and released by Expansive Worlds and Avalanche Studios in 2015 for PC. This title runs on the same rules as the base game but takes the entire gameplay to a new, hardcore level of survival fun. And you can enjoy it solo or by cooperating and competing with other players in multiplayer modes!

Gameplay

Get ready to become the hunter and the prey! The Hunter Primal game takes players to a faraway planet inhabited by dinosaurs, and your task is to get rid of them to create a new place for human settlement. Explore the open world, use the starting equipment, and find better weapons to avoid dying in battle with prehistoric reptiles.

Each enemy defeated provides extra points for buying better armor and weapons, so it's a clever idea to cooperate with other players and establish hunting parties. But even then, tracking down and slaying giant reptiles is quite challenging, so dying is always an option. In that case, you'd better get back as soon as possible and find your gear before other players grab it for themselves!
