You are few steps away from playing your game!
Please follow the instructions in the step-by-step guide:
1. Visit your PS5 home screen and click on your avatar on the top right corner
2. Select Switch User
3. Click Add User
4. Click Get Started
5. Check I agree
6. Click Confirm
7. Type in the email and password received by email when you purchased the game
8. Click Sign In
9. Note: Sometimes a security code is needed (because you log in from a new device). If so, please get your login code from our live chat - bootom right on thisPAGE
10. Click Do This Later
11. Choose your privacy settings and click Apply
12. Click Confirm and continue
13. Click Confirm and continue, again
14. Click OK
15. Click Do This Later
16. Go to Game Library, your game will appear there
17. Select the game and click Download
18. Now you can switch back to your main account, wait for the game to download and play it
IMPORTANT NOTES
Do not delete the account, doing so will result in a locked game and you won’t be able to play it anymore.

Changing the PS5, formatting the PS5 or changing the HDD of the PS5 will lead to an unplayable game, sometimes this can be fixed, so you can download the game again, but you are doing this at your own risk. If this happens please come on Live Chat and we will check the account.

1. Go to settings
2. Press on Login Settings
3. Press on User Management
4. Press on Create User
5. Press on Accept
6. Press on Next
7. Type in the received account details ( via email or via Live Chat ) and press on Sign In
8. Note: Sometimes a security code is needed (because you log in from a new device). If so, please get your login code from our live chat - bootom right on thisPAGE
9. Press on Weiter ( or equivalent if the account is from the US region ! )
10. Press on Ändern ( or equivalent (Activate as primary ) if the account is from the US region ! )
11. Press on Bestätigen ( or equivalent if the account is from the US region ! )
12. Press on Weiter
13. Press on Weiter
14. Press on Weiter
15. Press OK
16. Hold the middle PS button on the controller and press on Switch User
17. Log in on the new account
18. Go to Library
19. Go to Purchased and start the Download
20. Hold the middle PS button on the controller and press on Log Out of PS4 ( see picture 15. )
21. IF THE GAME IS LOCKED, LOG INTO OUR ACCOUNT AGAIN -> SETTINGS -> ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT -> ACTIVATE AS YOUR PRIMARY PS4.
