Gamedec

Gamedec is an isometric cyberpunk game developed by Anshar Studios. In the game, players take the role of the titular Gamedec, a private detective who's trying to solve the crime committed in virtual reality. The game features characteristics for the cyberpunk genre atmosphere and well-designed graphics. During the adventures, players will visit many detailed locations and come across a number of unique characters.

Story background

The action of the game takes place in futuristic Warsaw City. Because of the fast technological development, many people spend most of their time in Virtual Reality. The virtual world is much more difficult to supervise, and that is why it became the stronghold of various types of criminals, gangsters, and murderers. As the Gamedec, your job is to solve the crimes committed within the virtual world and catch people responsible for committing them.

Gameplay mechanics

The action of the game is presented in an isometric view. During the gameplay, players will spend most of their time talking with NPCs, and following the trail left by the murderer. Even though the game encourages non-combat encounters and we can solve most of the situations in a diplomatic way, our character is not defenseless - we can decide to play 'the bad cop' as well. It is worth mentioning that decisions we make during the gameplay will influence not only our character but also the world surrounding us. Additionally, the storyline will also differ, depending on our actions. It is worth mentioning that the game features numerous moral dilemmas - many choices are neither good or bad and will be aimed to trigger our conscience.
