Cataclismo is a unique indie video game mixing RTS and tower defense genres for a one-of-a-kind strategic experience. Design and build magnificent fortresses that will outlast incoming attacks of hordes of deadly enemies trying to destroy the last human outposts!

The Cataclismo video game is a single-player strategy game with main gameplay elements including base building, exploration, resource management, and dynamic base defense. Mixing what’s best in tower defense and real-time strategy genres, the game will make you test your strategic thinking in three exciting modes: narrative campaign, skirmish mode, and endless challenge mode set on procedurally generated maps.

Cataclismo features a complex map editor as well. You can download various skirmish maps created by other players as well as design and share your own maps with the fantastic community of modders! The same goes for highly useful blueprints, which can make building your fortress faster.

Survive the night

Set in a mysterious, post-apocalyptic world, Cataclismo allows its players to take control over various outposts and citadels set in multiple biomes far away from the main bastion of humanity, the Last City. Explore the environment, collect valuable resources, and design and build your fortresses brick by brick to survive the nocturnal attacks of the Horrors!

The complex building mode of the game lets its players test their strategic thinking to the maximum. Take advantage of natural chokepoints, utilize local resources, and use height advantages to surprise your enemies with deadly attacks! Construct various buildings using available materials and adapt your outpost to both growing needs and increasingly dangerous sieges of bigger and bigger hordes of Horrors.

Recruit new units and house your citizens to grow your citadel and make it last. Command your soldiers - from brave archers to explosive cannoneers - and upgrade their skills to strike the ever-growing horde right where it hurts!
