Pokémon Shining Pearl is an RPG game developed by ILCA studio and released by Nintendo in 2021. The game is a complete remake of the warmly received Pokémon Pearl, released in 2006. The 2021 remake was designed especially for the Nintendo Switch console. In the game, players will explore the region of Sinnoh island, full of amazing Pokémon, including the legendary Palkia. Shining Pearl received many positive reviews within the gaming community - many players claim that it is a solid remake, that takes everything that was best in the original game and makes it even better.

Sinnoh is the birthplace of many myths and legends that pass through generations. The word is that Plakia was recently spotted by many adventurers traveling through the island. That legendary Pokémon would surely be a fine addition to your collection - explore the region and find out if the rumors are true.

Enjoy classic gameplay mechanics

During the gameplay, players will observe the action from above, exploring the region, and fighting wild Pokémon and other trainers. Pokemon Shining Pearl features many known mechanics implemented in previous Pokémon series games, but it also includes numerous improvements and enhancements. We start our adventure by creating our protagonist and choosing the starter Pokémon: Turtwig, Chimchar, or Piplup.

Take part in spectacular battles

During the adventures, players will fight with numerous wild Pokémon, and other trainers traveling through Sinnoh. These battles will allow players to gain experience, and unlock new abilities for their Pokémon. Traditionally, for a game from the Pokémon series, encounters are turn-based and will require some tactical skills.
