Crysis 3

Crysis 3 is a first-person shooter video game developed by Crytek and released thanks to Electronic Arts in 2013. The action takes place in 2047 - 24 years after the events of the second part of the series. Enter a graphically impressive system of diverse microclimates and face the deadly danger threatening a once-known world. With even more weapons and new combat options set in a gripping storyline.

Story

Destroyed New York is now just a source of energy for the soulless CELL Corporation. The only resistance is the rebels, deprived of the chances for an effective fight. All hope is dead. But there is one more way to stop the plans of a destructive corporation! The rebels awaken the Prophet - the last supersoldier with a powerful nanosuit. It is his best chance to take revenge on his enemies and fight the alien Ceph race once and for all.

Gameplay

Go to the gigantic nanodome containing the remains of a once-great city. This metropolis is now a massive jungle surrounded by various threats. Your task is simple - save the world. To achieve this goal, uncover the well-kept secrets of the CELL Corporation and eliminate its forces. On your way, you will find a lot of information about the role of the Ceph civilization in the conflict, which you will use to win this unequal war. The title continues the exciting storyline from the previous parts, which will keep you engaged for long, satisfying hours of fun. You will also meet Psycho, known for the Crysis 1 expansion pack, who captured the hearts of many fans of this FPS series.

Unlike Crysis 2, this title introduces a non-linear plot and more semi-open locations that you can traverse however you like. It gives the impression of unlimited freedom and enables more methods of eliminating opponents. The storyline is also full of various side missions in which you will obtain valuable information or weapons. And the micro-jungle on the ruins of New York includes seven different environments where you will use your deadly powers.

But the most significant feature of Crysis 3 is the nanosuit. This most impressive achievement of human technology represents the source of enormous strength, strong armor, and new stealth abilities. In addition, it allows effective parkour moves, which are a lot of fun throughout the campaign. Its energy is divided into Armor and Cloaking (perfect for camouflaging and eliminating enemies by surprise). Unfortunately, using powers from these categories drains energy. To use them again, you must wait for the energy bar to recharge.

The second vital element is weaponry. During the epic fight for the world's fate, you can enjoy the arsenal of powerful equipment like the Predator Bow, the explosive JAW, the Plasma Accumulator Canon, or the M34 Flashbang for multiplayer gameplay. The title enables various combat strategies. You can shoot straight at your enemies and kill them in an epic battle rich in explosions and realistic damage. Or sneak and disable the electronics in the area with the EMP Grenade. The choice is entirely yours!

Crysis 3 is a perfect game for single-player and multiplayer gameplay. The latter offers twelve different maps and eight unique battle modes. Depending on the selected game style, players can choose from several character classes and implement one of the dream cooperation or competition scenarios. Another fascinating feature is the Hunter mode, where chosen characters have to defend themselves against two other completely invisible players. There are also many different modes, like Deathmatch, Capture the Relay and Assault. This vast settings selection and unimaginably spectacular powers of nanosuit are a guarantee of long hours of great gameplay - not only for FPS fans.
