Species: Unknown is a first-person survival horror game, playable in co-op with up to 4 players or solo. As a mercenary aboard an abandoned spaceship, you must complete high-risk contracts while evading deadly, intelligent threats. Survival demands teamwork, strategy, and quick thinking—because something is always hunting you.

Gameplay

Form a squad of up to 4 players and tackle procedurally generated missions with escalating difficulty. Each contract varies based on objectives, teammates, and the map, with one of five unique creatures stalking you. Use tools like the Motion Tracker, Shield, Health Syringe, and Mini-Map to outmaneuver the enemy. Guns alone won't save you—adapt your strategy to exploit each creature's weaknesses and survive.

Story

You are a mercenary sent to investigate an abandoned spaceship, where unknown horrors lurk in the darkness. Your contracts range from retrieving black boxes to eliminating deadly specimens—each mission a desperate fight for survival. The ship holds terrifying secrets, and failure means death with no witnesses. Will you uncover the truth, or become another victim lost in the void?
