BattleBit Remastered is a new MMO FPS game created and released by the independent studio MrOkiDoki. This title has been available in Early Access since June 15, 2023, with the full version planned for release in 2025. Interestingly, it has been developed since 2016.

Story summary

BattleBit is a military-themed game focused on multiplayer cooperation and PvP battles, so the storyline is minimal. Players participate in various multiplayer missions, with the task of eliminating enemies and reaching specific objectives.

Gameplay

Although the plot is quite sparse and the graphics are simple and low poly (with characters resembling those from Roblox), the gameplay has caused the servers of BattleBit Remastered to burst at the seams for the past few days, despite their enormous capacity.

BattleBit is a title primarily focused on mayhem and destruction. Huge battles with over a quarter thousand players participating, fast-paced gameplay, large maps full of destructible objects, as well as a rich arsenal of weapons and vehicles, are what attracts and attracted players even during the testing phase. The developer allowed interested players to play the unfinished version, which turned out to be a significant success and brought recognition to BattleBit even before its official release.

At the beginning of each match, players can choose one of several, typical for this genre, classes: assault, medic, engineer, support, or recon. This choice determines their subsequent tasks and role on the battlefield.

Players have a choice of up to 45 different types of weapons, ranging from pistols, shotguns, and sniper rifles to heavy weapons. Each weapon also has customization options to suit the player's individual needs. Another fantastic element of the gameplay is the variety of vehicles available to players, such as tanks, helicopters, transporters, and sea vehicles.

The game also offers PvP battles, not for 2 or 4 players, but for 16, 32, 64, and even... 128 people!
